If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!
You can Return or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
- Custom orders, modified or resized items or engraved items can not be returned or exchanged.
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Send us an email request to return the item you purchased and the reason for the return please.
- We will provide you an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) please write or print the RMA# and place in Return box with the merchandise being returned.
- Pack your item diligently and return to us with all original box, papers and tags, stickers still on the items.
- Return item must be received at our address within 30 days of receiving your order.
- We will process your online returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving the item(s), A Refund to the original card, a replacement Item or a store credit will be issued depending on your request and condition of return
- We do cover the shipping costs back, for defective or wrong items sent to you by mistake, customer will assume the return shipping costs for any other reason or change of heart items.
- We do not charge any return restocking fees
- Please properly package and make sure to insure all returns, If an item is lost, stolen or damaged, we will not be responsible for any returns until they are physically in our location.
